Learning Intranet Portal, In-House Application
The Context
It is organisation in-house learning portal built on the SharePoint tool. As the existing portal was cumbersome with scattered information, where findability became challenge, we were involved to make it user friendly with contemporary design.
The Process
• Conducted contextual inquiry with users selected across departments and identified the paint points and gaps
• Exercised Information Architecture activities like:

- card sorting for clear labels and usable navigation
• Developed hi-fidelity prototype covering scenarios for various user groups and presented to stakeholders
